Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order for standard in-stock items before it has shipped, please contact us at info@anicorn-watches.com with your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed due to real-time order processing.
Please note: Pre-order, sale, and collaboration items are committed to production immediately upon order placement and are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable, including in cases of production or shipping delays.
Returns & Instructions
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please inform us by sending an email to info@anicorn-watches.com together with your order number.
Items must be packed in their original packaging and returned to us within 7 days from the date the shipment was delivered (tracking required) to the following address:

Kind reminder: All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Items marked as sales, pre-orders, or collaboration items (final sale; non-refundable under any circumstances, including production or dispatch delays)
• Free gifts
• Returns received in damaged or worn condition
• Personal items restricted for hygiene reasons, including leather straps, metal bands, and T-shirts
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are cancelled because we are unable to contact the customer, or because the customer fails to provide the information required to fulfill the order within the period specified in our Shipping Policy, will be handled in accordance with the terms set out under “Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders” in our Shipping Policy.
Where applicable, any refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to non-refundable charges, costs already incurred, and applicable law.
Refund Processing & Deductions
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is unworn and undamaged, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card).
A handling and processing charge of US$7.99 and the original shipping fee of US$19.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The refund processing time is 7–14 working days after receipt of the returned item.
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email.
