Shipping policy
ANICORN ships internationally.
For standard in-stock items, orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after the order is placed. Tracking information will be provided by email once the parcel has been dispatched.
Prices include all applicable import duties.
ANICORN cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging box on arrival. If there is any damage to the product as a result of poor packaging, we will take responsibility for it.
ANICORN works with various courier services for international delivery. The courier used for each shipment will be selected at ANICORN’s discretion.
Pre-Order & Collaboration Items
Shipping dates provided for pre-order and collaboration items are estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturing, production, or supply chain schedules.
Due to the nature of these products, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds may not be accepted once production or order fulfilment has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
Any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid contact and shipping information when placing an order.
If we are unable to reach the customer, or if the required information is not provided within 90 days from our first contact attempt, despite reasonable attempts to contact the customer, ANICORN reserves the right to cancel the order after providing a final notice where reasonably practicable.
For limited-edition or limited-quantity products, any item reserved under the cancelled order may be released and made available for sale again.
Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
ANICORN is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid contact or delivery information provided by the customer.
