Warranty Policy
• ANICORN watches are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original customer.
• All our timepieces are guaranteed for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. ANICORN’s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at its option.
• ANICORN is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece.
• The warranty shall be voided if the watch case has been opened for inspection or service, dismantled, or repaired by anyone other than ANICORN.

Order Cancellation Due to Unreachable Customer
By placing an order with ANICORN, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and valid contact, billing, and shipping information, and to respond within a reasonable time to communications relating to your order.
If we are unable to contact you, or if you fail to provide information required to process, fulfil, or deliver your order within 90 days from our first contact attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Where the order includes a limited-edition, numbered, allocated, or limited-quantity product, ANICORN may release the reserved product or allocation and make it available for sale again.
Any refund resulting from such cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
