LUDENS X by KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS × ANICORN: An EVA Creative Suit on the Wrist
Celebrating 10 Years of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS
LUDENS X by KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS × ANICORN is an automatic mechanical watch created to celebrate the studio’s 10th anniversary. Inspired by the Ludens EVA Creative Suit, the timepiece is supervised by Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa, with a dial designed by Shinkawa.
Following the original SPACE LUDENS collaboration, LUDENS X returns with a darker expression. A black case, technical dial and gold-tone details bring the character of Ludens to the wrist, alongside a collection of wearable and displayable objects.
An EVA Creative Suit on the Wrist
Ludens embodies the connection between play and exploration. Its EVA — Extra-Vehicular Activity — Creative Suit provides the starting point for LUDENS X, translating the suit’s protective forms and mechanical details into a timepiece.
The watch builds on the distinctive case of the original SPACE LUDENS edition. Four corner screws, layered panels and contrasting metallic accents give it the appearance of equipment from the world of Ludens.
A Dial Designed by Yoji Shinkawa
Shinkawa’s dial takes the form of a layered technical interface. The KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS identity, anniversary mark and Ludens graphics sit among exposed screw elements and a brushed metallic panel inspired by the suit’s mechanical construction.
Gold-tone accents stand out against the dark surface. Around the bezel, the engravings “BEYOND THE STRAND” and “INTO OUTER SPACE” carry the story from connection to exploration.
Inside the Timepiece
A modified NH35-ATD automatic movement powers LUDENS X, visible through an exhibition caseback. Sapphire glass protects the dial, while the hour and minute hands feature white Super-LumiNova® BGW9 with blue emission.
Two interchangeable wearing options are included: a black stainless steel bracelet with Ludens-inspired buckle details and a carbon fiber pattern leather strap.

The LUDENS X Watch Set
The LUDENS X Watch Set brings together the individually numbered timepiece, a black stainless steel cuff bracelet and an individually numbered metal warranty card in a sealed display case.
The black cuff carries gold-tone engraved details, including the KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS identity and Ludens graphics. The warranty card extends the anniversary artwork into a collectible object, connecting the pieces through a shared black, white and gold visual language.
Beyond the Watch
The standalone LUDENS Cuff Bracelet offers a silver-finish interpretation of the same design language. Made from stainless steel, it features engraved branding, Ludens graphics and technical caution text.
The Ludens Character Metal Print brings the artwork into a displayable format. Combining silk-screen and digital printing on stainless steel, each 172 × 240 × 1 mm print includes a magnet for display. It is sold separately and is distinct from the Watch Set’s metal warranty card.
